WOW- we had the pleasure of visiting @saperavinyc WOW- we had the pleasure of visiting @saperavinyc ’s new UES location (opened 10 months ago) and we were totally blown away!

A few must-try dishes:
✨Rustic Eggplant Salad (don’t let the word “salad” fool you- this dish is an absolute must-try! Think delicious charred eggplant/veggie/walnut mix served with warm corn bread. The perfect starter to share)
✨Traditional Meat Khinkali (Georgian meat dumplings)
✨Traditional Adjaruli Khachapuri (Georgian cheese blend mixed with egg in a delicious homemade dough. An iconic Georgian dish!)
✨Dessert: Napoleon Cake (velvety homemade custard cream layered between thin, flaky puff pastry)
